Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging.
Exchange or refund is applicable if the product is defective, damaged, or wrong item delivered.
Customers must bear return delivery charges unless the mistake is on our side.

পণ্য ডেলিভারির ৭ দিনের মধ্যে রিটার্ন করতে হবে।
পণ্যটি অবশ্যই অব্যবহৃত, পরিষ্কার এবং মূল অবস্থায় থাকতে হবে (ট্যাগ ও প্যাকেজিং অক্ষত থাকতে হবে)।
যদি পণ্যটি ত্রুটিপূর্ণ, ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত অথবা ভুল পণ্য সরবরাহ করা হয়, তবে এক্সচেঞ্জ বা রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য হবে।
রিটার্ন ডেলিভারির খরচ গ্রাহককে বহন করতে হবে (যদি ভুল আমাদের পক্ষ থেকে না হয়ে থাকে)।
